So far the boys have adjusted to papa being gone and we've tried to stay busy too. At least text messages and phone calls to stay connected. Frazer sent us a picture of his new office view. It's quite a change from his last office.
We hosted a playdate with Max and Chole. Max showed Isaac how to race his cars.
Isaac also discovered a new method for opening the drawer to his art supplies. Why pull it open when you can pull it out all the way and have it drop on the floor?
We didn't want papa to miss out on bath time so we sent papa a picture. Isaac said he was swimming with papa.
Once Isaac was in bed I finished an art project for Valentines day. I found the cutes jar at Goodwill that was an ugly shade of dark green and gold. I should have taken a before picture to do it justice. But I had some extra paint in the garage and decided to give this little piece a makeover. After a coat of textured paint and a splash of red I was pleased at the transformation.
After Julian's last feeding we sent papa a night-night picture.
And before long the house was silent and both boys were sound asleep. A productive day in my book.
