Outdoor Playtime

This afternoon was absolutely beautiful.  There was just a bit of a chill in the air that quickly melted when standing in the sun.  The shade however could be a bit nippy but Isaac had some energy to burn off so outdoor was certainly what the doctor ordered.

He loves playing with his tractor and the sand area.

Picking up sand and throwing it on the ground was great fun too.

And sticks....he's discovered sticks can be great fun to dig with in the sand.

This is a look that say "this is fun mama".

When he had enough in the backyard we moved around to the front to play in all the beautiful leaves.

He mowed, and mowed, and mowed.

He loved walking over the leaves and making all of them crunch beneath his feet.

Picking up the leaves and crumbling them to make fantastic crunching sounds was great fun too!  Checking out the texture of the tree was a new discovery as well.

Before we could head back inside he wanted one last spin in the cozy coupe.

Next up was dinner, bath and bed for one tired little boy.  All signs of a good day.
